- Is there an upfront cost?
- No. $99/month covers everything. We ask for a 12-month commitment so we can afford to build a real, custom site without charging you a setup fee.
- Do I own my website?
- Yes. You own the domain. If you ever cancel, we'll transfer the domain and hand over the site files. No hostage situations.
- What if I need more than one hour of edits in a month?
- We'll quote any larger work at an honest hourly rate before we do it. Most months, one hour is plenty.
- Can you build an online store?
- Not yet — we're focused on doing one thing really well. If you need e-commerce, we'll point you in the right direction.
