Pacific Digital Studio exists because the website you got built five years ago shouldn't still be the website you have now.
Most small business owners we talk to went through some version of the same story. They paid a freelancer or agency a few thousand dollars, got a site they liked, and then watched it slowly age out — outdated hours, stale photos, services that don't exist anymore, a contact form that emails an address nobody checks. There's nobody to call, because the original builder moved on, and starting over feels expensive.
We thought the problem was the model, not the websites. So we built the studio around a subscription instead of a project fee. We build you a site. We keep it running. When something changes about your business, you email us and we update it. The site stays alive because someone is responsible for it every month.
How we work
A few things we believe.
Custom, not template.
We design each site for the business it belongs to. No "pick a theme" — we make the choices, then you tell us what to tune.
Plain English, no jargon.
You shouldn't need to know what a CMS or DNS is. We handle the technical pieces and explain what matters in normal words.
Your site, your domain.
You own your domain. If you ever leave us, we hand over the keys and the files. No lock-in.
Small on purpose.
We're not trying to be an agency. We work with a small number of clients and answer our own emails.
